HEAKE Horizontal Machining Centers

Established in 2013, HEAKE Machinery ( HEAKE PRECISION TEC, CO., LTD. ) has accumulated years of experience in machine design, manufacturing, and after-sales service. Since its inception, the company has continuously invested in new product research and development, maintaining the excellent tradition of introducing 1-2 new machine models every year. At the Taipei TIMTOS exhibition in March this year, HEAKE Machinery ( HEAKE PRECISION TEC, CO., LTD. ) debuted the latest LH-800A horizontal machining center, showcasing its unique high-rigidity machine structure. Even during high-speed cutting, it maintained outstanding stability and precision, significantly enhancing production efficiency and boosting the company's competitiveness.
This year marks the HEAKE 10th anniversary. Renowned in the industry for excellent stability, precision, and rigidity of its machines, the company's machine quality has been acknowledged by various sectors. To meet the market demand for high-performance horizontal machining centers, HEAKE unveiled its latest model at the Taipei TIMTOS Machine Tool Show in March.
General Manager Mr. Alex Chen stated that HEAKE began the R&D for horizontal machining centers two years ago. Currently, they have four specifications: LH-1000(A), 800(A), 630(A), and 500(A).
All these models feature a three-axis linear guide configuration, coupled with a moving column structural design and the flexibility of combining pallet exchangers, greatly increasing work efficiency.
The HEAKE horizontal machining centers are equipped with Fanuc controllers, combined with itself developed software for easier machine operation and management.
Mr. Alex Chen explained that HEAKE horizontal machining centers differ from typical designs in the market. They adopt optimized machine structure designs to greatly exhibit structural rigidity and dynamic stability.
Specifically, the column utilizes a double-walled box structure design with internal rib reinforcements, ensuring optimal rigidity and long-term deformation resistance. The base is designed as a single piece, providing sturdy support for the entire machine. X/Y/Z axes are fully configured with heavy-duty roller type linear guides, designed with wide span between guides, offering high rigidity, low friction, and excellent damping resistance.
Hence, even during prolonged high-speed processing, they maintain outstanding stability and precision.
Starting with T-base vertical machining centers, HEAKE has now expanded its lineup to include various models such as 5-axis vertical machining centers, moving column machining centers, and horizontal machining centers.
Mr. Alex Chen mentioned that over the past decade, HEAKE has steadily developed the necessary machining equipment demanded by the market in the machine tool industry.
Due to customers trust the brand and quality, their sales volume has increased annually step by step.
Customers who have used the HEAKE products know that the company emphasizes heavy cutting, high efficiency, high precision, and stability.
This latest introduction of horizontal machining centers has also undergone continuous testing, inheriting HEAKE tradition of excellent quality and performance.
